It is one of the historic centers of Vulture, the area on the slopes of the homonymous mountain, where Aglianico wine is produced. The Park is also called Shesh (in Arbëreshë language) from the name of the tuff hill where the community originally lived. With the improvement of living conditions, these spaces were transformed into places for the processing and storage of wine. There are about 120 cellars in the Park, one above or next another, also chosen by Pier Paolo Pasolini for some settings of "The Gospel according to Matthew". ©️ RIPRODUZIONE RISERVATA Iscriviti alla newsletter di WayGloEmail *Iscriviti
